Acceptable Use Policy
1. Introduction
Givese is an independent online platform that enables organizations to collect payments
and account for them. This Acceptable Use Policy defines the guidelines
and conditions under which account holders may use Givese for payment collection.
By completing the account sign-up process, users acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agreed to abide by this policy.
2. Updates to the AUP
Givese may modify this policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any updates will take effect
immediately upon being posted on our website and will apply to all users moving forward. If
any changes significantly impact how you use Givese services, we will notify you via email.
3. Prohibited Organisations
At Givese, we strive to provide an inclusive platform where diverse perspectives can be
shared. However, we do not endorse or take responsibility for the views expressed by our
users. Content posted on payment pages reflects the opinions of the account holders, not
Givese.

If an account is suspected of violating these terms, it will undergo an internal review. The
outcome of this review will be final and not subject to further discussion. Possible actions for

Givese reserves the exclusive right to determine the conditions under which such users may
resume using the platform.
5.2 Compliance with Legal Orders
If a court ruling has been issued against an individual or organization, Givese will defer to
the legal judgment in determining whether their account will be permitted.
Additionally, if legally compelled by a subpoena or court order, Givese will provide
relevant user data to official law enforcement agencies.
