What are "collections" in Givese?
Collections are different categories of donations your church may receive—such as tithes, offerings, building funds, missions, etc. Givese lets you create unlimited collections and track them individually.

Givese automatically matches incoming donations to their collections and bank accounts and logs everything for audit readiness.

Can I give to multiple collections at once?
Yes. You can give to multiple collections in a single transaction.
Can I set up recurring giving?
Yes. You can do recurring giving by week or month.
Can I give anonymously
Yes. You can give anonymously while still generating non-personal identifiable records for your church
How can I get a refund for a transaction I've made?
Donations are automatically sent to the church immediately, so unfortunately, we're unable to refund without the church's authorisation. Please get in touch with the church you've paid to, and explain that you'd like a refund. If they're happy for us to refund the collection, they should contact our support team hello@givese.com. Once we've received their confirmation and processed your refund, you'll receive the funds back into the account used within 5 - 10 working days. Please be aware that we cannot refund collections made over 6 months ago, these will need to be refunded by the church directly.
